About the job
As a Digital Content Marketer, your mission will be to attract new prospects by creating, maintaining, and optimizing marketing strategies across various channels. From writing SEO content to conceptualizing and editing radio commercials – Bierens Lab’s marketers do it all!
Our approach is data-driven and highly iterative. You love working on creating and improving content through keyword research, position tracking, competition analysis, and the use of heatmaps and data analytics. Your main responsibilities include:
- Producing or improving SEO content: conquering and defending top positions in Google
- Managing our social media channels
- Proposing and setting up CRO experiments and A/B tests
- Analysing data from GA4, Semrush, Google Search Console, and heatmaps
- Continuously looking for new marketing angles
- Overseeing our marketing automation content
- Event planning for both physical and online seminars
What’s in a week?
Monday: You start off by catching up with your colleagues over a cup of coffee or tea. We have a kick-off meeting at 10, during which we’ll discuss what everyone will be working on that week.
Tuesday: You’ll be looking into the latest data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) and Semrush to check our performance and determine where we still have room to improve.
Wednesday: Once you know where our opportunities lie, it’s time to turn that knowledge into amazing content. Your content reflects the keyword research, competitor analyses and other prep work you’ve done to hit your target: conquering the #1 spot in Google.
Thursday: Today, you’ll be working on various projects. You’ll spend your morning working on the latest concept of our eBook. After lunch, you’re overseeing a webinar hosted by two of our lawyers in our very own Bierens Studio.
Friday: Friday’s the perfect day for brainstorm sessions about up-and-coming marketing channels, attending a certificate ceremony with our developers or finishing other tasks that still need doing. At 4 p.m., the team meets to close off the week.
What do you bring?
We expect you to bring the following qualities:
- Planning and organizing skills
- The mindset of a real team player
- A result-driven and customer-oriented approach
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- University (of Applied Sciences) level
- Creativity in applying new media forms and insights
- Excellent command of English in written and oral communication
